Hello,
On July 7, 2024, I rented a boat in Menorca, Port Mahon, a Bénéteau Flyer 8 Sundeck, rental number 1179389.
I paid the owner the €1,500 deposit by card in the morning before picking up the boat.
After the day, when I returned home in the evening, the owner found the propeller damaged and only withheld €1,200 from your deposit (the propeller price).
Since the claim was filed, I have been trying to contact the owner, asking for a copy of the inventory reports when the boat was taken over and returned, as well as the sea report with photos, but he refuses to give them to me.

The boat was delivered to you in perfect condition. You signed a contract specifying that the vessel had no defects (you have a copy). We inspected every part of the boat upon delivery, emphasizing especially the propeller, which, as you could see, was in perfect condition.
Upon our return, you quickly left the boat, saying that everything was perfect and that there were no problems. To our surprise, we saw the propeller with all three blades destroyed. You took photos, both yours and mine. As if that weren't enough, the boat suffered three impacts on the hull, and you burned out the bow thruster motor.
Everyone can have an accident, but trying to hide it is being a bad person.
I hope and wish that the platforms can see the comment.
