Beautiful boat trip, with decent amenities, except for the ladder (difficulty deploying it). The welcome/briefing by Florian left something to be desired, however. Condescending, anxiety-inducing, and unpleasant. I felt like I was presumed to be an idiot. On the other hand, Hugo, who took us out of the port and welcomed us on our return, was pleasant and welcoming.
