The owner has chosen to handle the deposit directly during the rental. Do not pay a deposit before seeing the boat and the owner.

Cancellation Policy: Personalised

If weather conditions are too severe, our company will judge if it is not possible to fulfill a maritime transfer or excursion. Weather conditions are determined 1-4 days before the reserved date.
The reservation date can be modified, depending on availability. Please note that weather conditions in the area of Marathi, Chania, and Sfakia can be different than in other areas.
If clients cancel a reservation due to personal reasons 15 days before the reservation date, any already paid amount is fully refunded.
If clients cancel due to personal reasons 15 days or less before the reservation date, NO amount is refunded.
Due covid-19 full refund will take place 3 days before the reservation with evidence of travel cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: For ALL reservations between 15/7 and 15/9, if customers cancel due to personal reasons, no refund is possbile (no matter the cancellation date).
