We were supposed to meet half an hour before our appointment to discuss the sailing area on Lake Garda – specifically the local conditions and any dangerous spots. Unfortunately, Davide wasn't there. When I arrived, I tried to get the relevant information from the staff – but to no avail. They didn't mention the mooring options at all. I only received a sketch of Lake Garda, that was all. The boat was also missing its mooring line. Overall, I'm disappointed and very dissatisfied with the service. This shouldn't happen.
Wir sollten uns eine halbe Stunde vor dem Termin treffen und über das Fahrgebiet auf dem Gardasee sprechen – insbesondere über die örtlichen Gegebenheiten und gefährliche Stellen. Leider war Davide nicht da. Vor Ort wollte ich von den Mitarbeitern entsprechende Informationen erhalten – Fehlanzeige. Auch über die Anlegemöglichkeiten wurde kein Wort verloren. Ich bekam lediglich eine Skizze des Gardasees, das war alles. Am Boot fehlte außerdem die Anlegeleine. Insgesamt bin ich enttäuscht und mit der Leistung sehr unzufrieden. So etwas sollte nicht passieren.
