The only thing that wasn't perfect was the start of the rental. The rental contract started at 8:00 a.m., but according to the rental company, we couldn't pick up the boat until 9:00 a.m. After we were made to wait, the rental couldn't begin until 10:00 a.m. because communication between the staff seemed to be lacking.
Otherwise, everything was great. Abdel is very nice and accommodating, great service!

Einzig allein der Mietanfang war nicht perfekt. Der Mietvertrag lief bereits ab 08:00 uhr, wir konnten jedoch laut Vermieter das Boot erst um 09:00 uhr empfangen. Nachdem wir dann zum warten hingesetzt wurden konnte die Miete dann erst um 10:00 uhr begonnen werden da die Kommunikation unter den Mitarbeitern scheinbar nicht wirklich funktioniert hat.
Ansonsten alles top, Abdel ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, toller service!
