Cancellation policy:

Cancellation fees are based on the period of time between the date of cancellation and the departure date, as follows:
A) Dossier Fees of Euro 350 are charged for bookings cancelled more than 90 days before charter start,
B) 50% of the charter fee is charged for bookings cancelled between 89 - 40 days before the charter start,
C)100% of the charter fee is charged for bookings cancelled 39 or less before the charter start.
In case of customer NON-SHOW, the total reservation will be charged. Should bad weather conditions hinder the yacht from leaving the harbor, the cruise will be postponed and customers will be proposed alternative dates within a range of 2-3 days before and after the desired date. In case the customer does not want to accept any of the alternatives, the down payment will be reimbursed. In case of Force Majeure no cancellation fee will apply.
