"TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS 1 hour wait to do the paperwork and especially to retrieve the boat (neither on-site nor cleaned); finally left? After 15 minutes not out of the port the engine stops; picked up by another boater to get us to the dock. We wait for the mechanic sent by the owner (who mentions a bad handling on our part); in fact, there was a fuel supply problem, the mechanic shows us the procedure to follow if it happens again during our outing!!!! Left the port with 1 hour and 30 minutes delay; ultimately our sea outing went fairly well; however, the boat is not very well maintained, torn cover. The reception staff is disorganized with a lack of professionalism; as for the owner, she didn't even bother to call us to inquire about our outing, let alone offer any commercial gesture."

A EVITER ABSOLUMENT 1 heure d attente pour faire les papiers et surtout récupérer le bateau (ni sur place ni nettoyer );enfin partis ? au bout de 15 mn pas sortis du port le moteur s arrete ; récupérés par 1 autre plaisancier pour nous mettre à quai . on attend le mécano envoyé par la propriétaire (qui évoque 1 mauvaise manip de notre part ) ; en fait problème d arrivée d essence , le mecano nous montre la manipulation à faire si ca se reproduit pendant notre balade!!!! sortis du port avec 1 heure 30 de retard ; finalement notre sortie en mer s est à peu près bien passée ; par contre le bateau n est pas très bien entretenu , taud déchiré les personnes à la réception désorganisées avec un manque de professionnalisme ; quant à la propriétaire , elle n a meme pas daign2 nous appeler pour s informer de notre sortie encore moins geste commercial
