What happened on Sunday during huge storm had some consequences. Unfortunately this storm caused some damages, not big one, I would say just “esthetic” - scratches, broken stainless steel, scrapes at the stern. The starboat had some scratches.
Engine was ok, electric, motor, etc ..
after the storm we talked to the Pitter technician and sent pictures and explain what really happened.
But guess what?
In check out this agency didn’t want to discuss this situation and immediately took the deposit 2.500€. Things like stainless sheet they have to specially order from France, etc.
In my opinion this “esthetic issues” could a good technician repair very easily maximum for 400€.
Maybe we could argue more, but it is obvious that they abuse our deposit.
The boat is for sure insured, so the participation could not be so high.
And the last thing if you want to have a business in Croatia at least one of your employee should speak English.
