I haven't met Emil personally, but his wife was perfectly organising everything. The boat is nice, steers and drives very easy, has all essentials required. We went for the whole day to explore the bay of Venice and were very happy for the experience. Even I had timing challenges, it was understand and tolerated. Renting with Andrea was amazing. Great communication and easy to find the pick up point for the boat. We were staying at the Zattare water bus stop in Venice and we took the water bus over to the pick up point. Channel markers makes it easy to navigate the waters there so don't worry about getting lost. I would definitely rent from Andrea again! He was very easy to work with.
