How do I cancel my reservation?

If you wish to cancel your rental, go to the relevant reservation on your Samboat account.

Click on "Request a cancelation" and choose the relevant reason.
Once the request has been sent, the status of your reservation will change to “Cancelation request“.

 

The cancelation team will then contact you in order to handle your request. Depending on the reason for the cancelation, service fees may apply. Please check the cancellation conditions of your reservation.

The cancelation request must be done at the latest the evening of the day of the rental.

In the case of a multiple day reservation, the cancelation must be done at the latest the evening of the first day of the rental period.

After this deadline, we cannot guarantee the management of the cancelation.There is also the possibility of rescheduling the rental to a future date without fees. The date must be agreed with the owner.
