- SteveFirst and foremost Lorenzo is a skilled mariner who worked hard to ensure we were all comfortable on board in difficult sea conditions. Unfortunately there was little else positive about our day. No introduction to the facilities, no safety talk and no interest in where we wanted to go so we ended up back where we had been the previous day! We ended or trip early but still had to pay for the fuel!LorenzoI am sorry for the day characterized first by the rough sea and then by the rain but the customers were warned in the morning of the bad weather conditions and despite this they asked to make the excursion. Excellent customers, very courteous and friendly. We look forward to seeing you soon and will reserve you special treatment
