I was looking for a sailing experience for my family and some friend to celebrate my birthday. After searching through several other sites I came across SamBoat (thanks Gemini) and Capt Istvan listing appeared. Of course had to check the reviews first when I read this from Mateusz: "If you’re on the fence about booking this trip, stop scrolling and just do it. This was, hands down, one of the best days of our entire trip.". That was it...I was off the fence and Mateusz was spot on. Beautiful boat, super friendly captain (even with all the 5-13 year old kids), fantastic swimming spots, great food...what a great day. He even provided some sailing lessons to me and my children. If you are still reading, just stop and book. You will not be disappointed unless it because you missed your chance. Thank you again Istvan.

We went for 2 weeks on Oliver’s boat, and this has been a wonderful experience. Upon arrival we found the boat clean and completely outfitted. We only brought towels and bed sheets. Especially loved the front deck beds for sunbathing and swimming, even early morning yoga!
Dragan took plenty of time to show us the boat’s gear and instruments, and has been checking in with us all the time.
Same as Oliver: any question we had we could ask them and they would reply very soon.
The boat’s airco works well (only when land-powered ) but the fans kept us cool too.
Rogoznica has 2 large supermarkets, and the marina has sufficient showers and bathrooms.
one note: the boat has US sockets. we had 2 European power sockets on board (including USB sources) but you might want to bring your own to be sure it all works best for your mobile gear. Same goes for the 12V socket (car’s cigarette lighter)
all in all we highly recommend Oliver’s service and renting this sailboat!

If you’re on the fence about booking this trip, stop scrolling and just do it. This was, hands down, one of the best days of our entire trip.
From the moment we stepped aboard, it was clear this was going to be special. The crew struck that rare balance of being genuinely warm and welcoming while also being total professionals.
The sailing itself was magic. Crisp wind, turquoise water, and a route that took us past hidden coves you’d never find on your own. We anchored in a quiet bay for a swim break, and the water was so clear you could see straight to the bottom.
What really set this trip apart was the pacing. Nothing felt rushed. There was plenty of time to swim, snorkel, sunbathe, and just soak in the views. Istvan shared local stories and tips, which made it feel less like a tour and more like being shown around by a friend who happens to own a sailboat.

Outstanding experience and best experience for our family.
Frano took us to islands where we could enjoy nature wonders - caves, secret lagoons, sandy beach and cristal clear water.
Kids enjoyed diving, watching fish and playing in sand.
We did enjoyed wind powered sailing experience - just sound of open sea and wind.

Fantastic day out. Jurica was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. He took us to secluded bays and booked our lunch reservation at a lovely waterfront restaurant. He provided recommendations for when we retuned to Hvar, too. I would highly recommend this wonderful day out.

We had an a amazing trip with Ivan and his beautiful Tartaruga boat - highly recommend to book. Ivan is super friendly, speaks great English, knows the region so well and has awesome ideas where to go and what to do. We had so much fun and can't wait for the next trip!! Seamless booking process, great communication throughout - all arrangementsl went as planned. Beautiful boat. Wonderful experience, food delicious, crew amazing nothing a problem very accomodatiing with paddleboards and jet skis. Fabulous day with great memories made.
