"My experience with Charlie went very badly! We requested and confirmed the rental of a Wakeboard boat, but unfortunately at 8 AM on the day of departure, Charlie informed us that the boat was no longer available and offered us 2 other alternatives. We chose the boat that seemed the most suitable: a smartboat 23. The photos of the boat showed it in very good condition. But: 1. The boat had numerous issues including non-functioning fuel indicators, no depth sounder, and a generally deplorable state. 2. The equipment (Wakeboard and towed buoy) was also damaged and unfortunately the ropes provided were not suitable for the boat, which prevented us from doing any activity for more than 30 minutes. Finally, to top it all off: upon arrival at the boat in the morning and upon return in the evening, we were asked to go refuel. Each time we lost 45 minutes, not to mention the cost, so I recommend avoiding this company."
Mon expérience avec Charlie s'est très mal passée ! Nous avons demandé et confirmer la location d'un bateau de Wakeboard, malheureusement à 8h du départ Charlie nous a informé que le bateau n'était plus disponible et nous a proposé 2 autres alternatives. Nous avons choisi le bateau qui semblait le plus adapté : un smartboat 23. Les photos du bateau le présentait en très bon état.Mais: .1 Le bateau présentait de très nombreuses anomalies incluant indicateurs d'essence hors de fonctionnement, pas de sondeur, un état général déplorable 2. L'équipement (Wakeboard et bouée tracté) était également abimé et malheureusement les cordes donnés n'était pas adapté au bateau, ce qui ne nous a pas permis de faire d'activité pour plus de 30 minutes. Enfin pour couronner le tout: à l'arrivée au bateau le matin comme au retour le soir on nous a demandé d'aller faire le plein. A chaque fois nous avons perdu 45 minutes, sans parler du cout, je recommande donc d'éviter cette société.
