Although the boat was relatively new, it was in a state of neglect in terms of maintenance. A faulty battery forced us to moor in a harbour and plug in a charger, even though we had been careful with our energy consumption. The boat was poorly cleaned and the toilet hadn’t been emptied as it should have been; it smelled of urine when we arrived. When we couldn’t raise the anchor, I rang for help. After the usual troubleshooting tips, I was put through to an ‘expert’ who started by accusing me of misuse and saying it would cost me a lot of money. It later transpired that the main switch had been turned off because it was incorrectly fitted, meaning that when you get out of bed, you can accidentally cut off the power supply to the anchor. They’re more focused on shifting the blame than on helping you when you’re in trouble. I wouldn’t recommend this company. There are better, more reputable and helpful rental companies out there. This is my fourth time renting in Croatia.

Recent boat OK. Provisioning service OK (a bit expensive). Self-tacking genoa practical if family cruising but disappointing for performance: missing in the description. No life raft, (this would be normal for this type of unit in Croatia?): missing in the description. Minimalist "Charter" reception, ex. all luggage trolleys "are taken" (long reception-pontoon distance)

Bateau récent OK. Service d'approvisionnement OK (un peu cher). Génois auto-vireur pratique si croisière familiale mais décevant pour les performances: manque dans la description. Pas de radeau de survie, (ce serait normal pour ce type d'unité en Croatie ?): manque dans la description. Accueil "Charter" minimaliste, ex. tous les chariots pour bagages "sont pris" (grande distance accueil-ponton)
