.CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS
If weather conditions are unsafe or make the planned route impossible, the charter may be postponed; however, the reservation remains non-refundable.

The Lessor may cancel the booking up to 48 hours before departure due to bad weather, and the deposit will not be refunded, however The Lessor is deciding if we can exchange it for voucher to use in next 12 months from cancellation day.

CANCELLATION according to another situation:
1 payment in amount of 50% of total charter price without fuel needs to be paid on the day of booking. Without 1 payment reservation is not guaranteed and the boat is not reserved. In case of cancellation this payment is not refundable, if the Lessor would like to return it, it depends on him and the circumstances.
