Ayant réservé un bateau pour 14 personnes, 2 personnes sont restées à quai quand j’ai vu que le bateau ne pouvait en accepter que 12. Sinon, en sus de renoncer à la journée de bateau je risquais de perdre 450€ car ni le propriétaire ni Samboat ne s’engageait fermement à me rembourser. Je vous invite à la plus grande prudence voir au renoncement, je n’ai aucune proposition de dédommagement !
