Dream yacht had altered the cart of the genoa pulley in such a way that we couldn't have it fixed on port nor starboard side. Resulting in damage and blaming us for it. The pulley of the main sail broke in 20 knots of wind. Very dangerous for the crew!
They arranged a bush fix on Mykonos and asked us to pay for it after they fixed it. We lost in total 2 days of sailing pleasure and were lucky nobody got hit by a flying pulley. Never booking with Dream Yacht again.

Crew competent and friendly. Ship in generally very poor condition. Mainsail not acceptable.

There was no clear information as to why early check-in was not possible.
With honest information, the waiting time could have been spent differently.
Otherwise, everything was OK and up to Dream Yacht standards.
