Hello, overall we were very satisfied with the boat, the service, and the cruising area, and our expectations were met.
However, there are two points I would like to mention as areas for improvement:
1) The boat, especially the cabins, had a distinct sewage smell. Not pleasant for a holiday cruise, and this will be a negative memory for some crew members.
The problem is the thick, white sewage pipes. These have the characteristic of becoming odor-proof after several years. Therefore, they need to be replaced occasionally. We did this on our boat several years ago, and the odor problem was solved then. I would therefore recommend replacing the pipes.
2) The outboard motor was very stiff and could only be moved with two arms. The grease on the shaft had hardened, becoming as tough as chewing gum. The shaft should be disassembled, cleaned of the old grease, and re-greased with marine grease.
Hallo, insgesamt waren wir mit dem Boot, dem Service und dem Revier sehr zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen sind erfüllt worden.
Es gibt aber auch zwei Punkte, die ich als Verbesserungen rückmelden möchte:
1) Auf dem Boot, insbesondere in den Kabinen roch es deutlich nach Fäkanien. Nicht schön für einen Urlaubstörn, was bei einigen Crewmitgliedern in negativer Erinnerung bleiben wird.
Das Problem sind die weissen dicken Fäkalienleitingen. Diese haben die Eigenschaft, dass sie nach mehreren Jahren nicht mehr geruchsundurchläsdig sind. Daher müssen sie ab und zu ausgetauscht werden. Auf unserem Boot haben wir das vor eigigen Jahren auch gemacht und dann war das Geruchsproblen damals gellst gewesen. Ich würde daher emofehlen, die Leitungen auszutauschen.
2) Der Aussenborder war sehr schwegöngig und konnte nur mit zwei Armen bewegt werden. Das Fett am Schaft war hart, bzw. zäh wie festes Kaugummi gewirden. Hier müsste der Schaft zerlegt, vom alten Fett befreit, neu mit Marinefett eingefettet
