Die Übernahme der Yacht war problemlos. Es gab aber probleme bei der Rückgabe.
Wir hatten eine Schleppleine als Springleine eingesetzt die aber gerissen ist. Das eine solche Leine bei normalen Wetterverhältnissen reisen kann ist mir unverständlich. Diese Leine wurde uns mit 280,- € berechnet.
Ferner wurde auf die Handhabung des Plastik Kühlschrankgriffs bei der Übergabe hingewiesen. Wir hatten den Kühlschrank eine Woche in Benutzung ohne das der Griff abgerissen ist. Nur bei der Rückgabe wurde von Mitarbeiter Bax Yachting der Kühlschrank geöffnet und der Griff ist gebrochen. Dieser wurde uns nach einiger Diskussion mit 80,-€ berechnet.
Ich glaube wir sind nicht die einzigen und letzten gewesen die diesen Griff mit 80.-€ bezahlt haben.
Das hat im Nachhinein für eine schlechte Bewertung von Bax Yachting gesorgt.
