When we took delivery, the yacht was dirty. The stern toilet only worked with fresh water from the shower hose. The furling mainsail was difficult to remove. The overall condition was much worse than expected for the yacht's age.
The stern toilet could not be repaired. Following our complaint, the yacht was thoroughly cleaned by an external cleaner. Ultimately, we were not able to take delivery of a clean, well-functioning yacht at 5 p.m. as contractually agreed, but only at 8 p.m., a yacht with significant, unresolved defects. The boss told us it was already September...
No barometer on board, no clock on board.
Bei der Yachtübernahme schmutzige Yacht. Hecktoilette funktionierte nur mit Süßwasser aus dem Duschschlauch. Rollgroß ging schlecht raus. Allgemeine Zustand viel schlechter wie dem Yachtalter entsprechend.
Hecktoilette konnte nicht instand gesetzt werden. Yacht wurde auf unsere Reklamation hin noch durch eine externe Reinigungskraft gut gereinigt. Letztlich konnten wir dann nicht wie vertraglich vereinbart um 17 Uhr eine saubere, gut funktionierende Yacht übernehmen, sondern erst auf 20 Uhr eine Yacht mit nicht behobenen erheblichen Mängeln. Der Chef sagte uns es sei halt schon September ...
Kein Barometer an Bord, keine Uhr an Bord.
