Bonjour,
le 7 juillet 2024 j'ai loué un bateau à Menorque, port Mahon, Bénéteau Flyer 8 Sundeck, la location n°1179389.
J'ai payé au propriétaire la caution de 1500 euros par carte le matin avant de prendre le bateau.
Après la journée, le soir, en rentrant le propriétaire a trouvé l'hélice endommagée et il a retenu uniquement 1200e sur votre caution(le prix d'hélice).
Depuis l'ouverture du dossier de sinistre j'essaie de contacter le propriétaire en lui demandant la copie des états des lieux de prise de possession du bateau et de restitution du bateau et le rapport de mer accompagné des photos et il réfuse à me les donner.

el barco te fue entregado perfectamente, firmaste un contrato donde especifica que dicha embarcación no tenia desperfectos,(tienes copia) vimos en la entrega cada parte del barco haciendo énfasis en especial de la Helice, que como pudiste ver estaba en perfectas condiciones.
Al regreso saliste de barco rápido diciendo que todo fue perfecto, que ningún problema. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando vi la Helice que tenia las tres palas DESTROZADAS, te quedaste con fotos, tanto las tuyas como las mías. Por si no fuese poco, el barco tiene tres impactos en el casco y quemaste el motor de la hélice de proa.

Nous avons passé des moments formidables, les propriétaires ont été efficaces et ont répondu à toutes nos questions avant le voyage. Le skipper était le meilleur chauffeur que nous ayons connu, ils nous ont emmenés dans de jolies criques pour nager, puis sur une magnifique plage où nous avons pris un repas délicieux. Mon fils de 9 ans a dit que c'était le plus beau jour de sa vie. Nous avons loué le paddle board et avons apprécié de l'utiliser pendant que nous étions en forme. Nous serons de retour!

The skipper was the best driver we have experienced, they took us to some lovely coves to swim and then to a beautiful beach where we had an amazing meal. My 9 year old son said it was the best day of his life. We hired the paddle board and enjoyed using that whilst mores up. We will be back!
