CANCELLATION AND ANNULMENT
Day charter:
Bookings cancelled at least 15 days prior to the day of the charter will entitle to a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled between 15 and 7 days prior to the day of the charter will entitle to a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days or in the case of no-show on the day of the charter, the client will forfeit the total amount paid.
In all cases, the customer will be responsible for any cancellation fees related to confirmed add-ons and extras, as well as possible purchases made at the customer's request.
Multi-day charter with/without overnight stay:
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to the day of the charter will entitle to a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to the day of the charter will entitle to a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled less than 15 days or in the case of no-show on the day of the charter, the client will forfeit the total amount paid.
In all cases, the customer will be responsible for any cancellation fees related to confirmed add-ons and extras, as well as possible purchases made at the customer's request.
In one-day charters, if the captain considers that weather conditions may affect navigation safety, he/she may postpone the charter to another date, depending on the vessel’s availability or reimburse the entire charter fee, as the Lessee decides.
SamBoat service fees are determined by the platform.
Excluding SamBoat service fees. The refund of these depend on the reason and are at the discretion of the platform.
