Following a problem undetectable by Dream Yacht, we were immediately upgraded. The response was excellent, and the team was very professional and friendly.
Aside from a few minor issues, typical after a 230-minute voyage, we were missing very little: a few extra cushions, and an electric winch.
Suite à un problème non détectable par Dream Yacht nous avons été immédiatement surclassé. Grande réactivité et équipe très pro et sympathique.
En dehors de qq petits événements, classique après 230 MN il nous a manqué que très peu de choses: qq coussins de plus, un winch électrique aussi .
