Estábamos muy decepcionados con el servicio del equipo de sam boat Katarina P. Tuvimos un problema de salud importante y no pudimos tomar el barco. Solicitamos una cancelación que fue rechazada sin discusión y drásticamente (normal porque el contrato era claro al respecto) y solo pedimos un crédito de los 2500 € pagados como depósito: rechazo categórico y sin ofrecer una solución para personas honestas que tenían un problema de salud real que les impidió venir a tomar el barco. Nous avons été très déçu du service de l’équipe de sam boat Katarina P - nous avons eu un souci majeur de santé et n’avons pu prendre le bateau - nous avons demandé une annulation qui a été refusée sans discussion et de manière drastique - (normal car le contrat était clair sur le sujet ) et nous avons juste demandé un avoir des 2500€ versés en acompte - refus catégorique et sans proposer une solution pour des personnes honnêtes et qui ont eu un vrai souci de santé qui les a empêché de venir prendre le bateau - nous ne réserverons plus jamais sur ce site et un conseil - l’aléa de vie n’est pas envisageable pour eux donc ne vous engagez pas sans être sûr

Pasamos dos días maravillosos con el capitán Dimitris y Cornellios navegando al sur de Naxos. We wanted to experience a short private cruise with the family so two days and one night and it was simply fantastic. We spent two wonderful days with Captain Dimitris and Cornellios navigating south of Naxos. Dimitris showed us the best unspoiled spots and Cornellios indulged us with delicious food including his grand mother recipes (Spinach risotto). This is an experience not to miss.
