Don't get me wrong, the boat is beautiful and I would give a better rating if:
1) the extras didn't come across as an opportunity just to make extra bucks - the actual money (€100 for SUP and upto €100 over charging in fuel) was grand scheme unimportant but it was handled badly and as our last contact for the day left a bad taste.
2) communication and for me this is big one - if you're not just driving a bus - then (given Andrea's English is very good) why is there no offer and/or delivery of points of interest, bit of discussion, narrative of what we see. Yes he answered questions but no elaboration and with a single exception nothing offered.
Did we have a nice day out, yes. Was is value for money, (less emphatically) yes. Would I use Andrea again or recommend to a friend - sorry no.
