Très déçus de cette location. Veronica nous a laissé partir en mer malgré des conditions dangereuses. Après un premier report pour cause de mauvais temps, nous repartons un autre jour… mais cauchemar : mer agitée, impossible de naviguer ou même profiter du bateau. Nous étions seuls en mer, preuve que ce n’était pas prudent. Après seulement 1h de navigation, nous demandons à rentrer et restons plus de 30 min à l’arrêt à l’entrée du port en attendant quelqu’un qui est venu gentiment récupérer le bateau au port. Cette personne nous a même proposé de nous faire une sortie bateau un autre jour tellement il a eu pitié de nous. Résultat : 40 € d’essence facturés et aucun geste commercial malgré un retour à 12h. Au total 380 € perdus, avec beaucoup de stress et de déception. Veronica n’a pas su nous conseiller correctement et a refusé tout remboursement. Location par particulier : pour nous c'est terminé.
