Experiencia muy negativa. Tened cuidado. Tres días antes del alquiler, Moisés me comunicó que el barco había sufrido una avería, estaba en Dénia y no podía estar en Ibiza en la fecha contratada. Tras hablar con él cancelamos el viaje y SamBoat confirmó por escrito que la empresa charter aceptaba la devolución total del alquiler. Además, mi contrato tenía cancelación FLEXIBLE, con devolución del 100% hasta 24 h antes. Sin embargo, Moisés retuvo después 280 € por un supuesto amarre que nunca solicité ni contraté. SamBoat, por su parte, retiene otros 1.020 € en “gastos de servicio” que no aparecen en el contrato ni en el desglose principal del precio. De 4.500 € solo he recuperado 3.200 €, además de perder nuestros vuelos y vacaciones. El trato con Moisés me ha resultado desagradable y frustrante por los cambios de posición y soluciones tardías. No volvería a contratar con él ni con SamBoat. Si me devuelven las cantidades pendientes, actualizaré esta reseña.
