The experience with Ana and her boat is not exemplary. I made a request on Wednesday for Friday July 24th, the boat not being available, Ana offered me the rental on Saturday, not having seen her response because of the network not easy I clicked thinking that I was booking on Friday and not Saturday because big storms were forecast, which indeed occurred, the weather files taken as a screenshot as proof were very alarming and as good sailors we do not go to sea, by the way we have a sailboat in France and crossed the Atlantic. I wanted to cancel right after clicking because yes I made a mistake and it is human not to check but Ana could not change the day and preferred to wait until the day of the rental and not offer me anything else on another day and above all did not reimburse me at all even a symbolic amount. This person did not behave honestly and took all my money. I do not recommend at all.

J’ai fait une demande le mercredi pour le vendredi 24 Juillet le bateau n’étant pas dispo Ana me propose la location le samedi, n’ayant pas vu sa réponse car pas réseau pas facile j’ai cliquer pensant que je réservais le vendredi et pas le samedi car de gros orages étaient prévus, qui ont bien eu lieu, les fichiers météo pris en copie d’écran pour preuve étaient très alarmistes et en bon marin on ne prend pas la mer, au passage nous avons un voilier en France et avons traversé l’Atlantique. J’ai voulu annuler juste après avoir cliqué car oui j’ai fait une erreur et c’est humain en ne vérifiant pas mais Ana ne pouvant changer le jour et à préféré attendre le jour de la location et ne rien me proposer d’autre à un autre jour et surtout ne m’a pas du tout rembourser même une somme symbolique. Cette personne ne s’est pas conduit de façon honnête et a bien encaissé tout mon argent. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
