The truth is that everything went very well: to begin with, they made it easy for us to change the reservation date due to an unfavorable weather forecast, for which I will always be grateful. Afterwards, the treatment was always extremely cordial and efficient: Leo himself, Mario, and Louise were all brilliant. Furthermore, the boat was in very good condition, everything working perfectly, without any setbacks. Furthermore, the explanations they gave us were clear and precise.
One but... yes, there is one: we were slightly disappointed with the fuel consumption calculation. Here we believe they went a bit overboard, both in the amount requested (€120) and in the method of the calculation. I'm simply not new to this and I know how boats work, and that's why I'm giving them this "but."
In any case, I'm giving them the highest possible rating because we are very, very grateful for the facilities.

Lo cierto es que todo ha ido muy bien: para empezar nos dieron facilidades para cambiar el día de la reserva ante un parte de meteo poco favorable, lo que les agradeceré siempre; después el trato ha sido siempre de alta cordialidad y sumamente eficaz: tanto el propio Leo como Mario y Loise han sido geniales; además, el barco estaba en muy buenas condiciones, funcionando todo a la perfección, sin contratiempo alguno; además, las explicaciones que nos han dado han sido claras y precisas.
Un pero... sí, lo hay: nos ha decepcionado un pelo el cálculo del combustible consumido; aquí creemos que se les ha ido un poco la mano, tanto en el montante solicitado (120€) como en el cómo del cálculo; simplemente, no soy nuevo en esto y sé cómo funcionan los barcos, y por esto les pongo este "pero".
En todo caso, les asigno la mayor nota posible porque les estamos muy muy agradecidos por las facilidades.
