What formats are accepted for the ID document?
An identity document is required if you reach 500€ of income during the calendar year or if you are a professional.
Outside the SEPA zone, a passport is mandatory. The accepted formats are pdf, gif, jpg, jpeg, png of less than 5Mo.
But be careful, only color photos are accepted, and the ID must be valid and fully legible. Finally, the front and the back must be on two separate photos.
Please note that scans and black and white photos are not accepted!
