What happens if I have not entered my bank details correctly?

If you do not provide your bank details correctly, you may not receive the payment, as your bank may refuse the payment.
Banks increasingly check whether the information matches (the name of the bank account must match the name of the beneficiary in the SamBoat bank account).

Depending on the bank, some banks may charge a fee for rejecting a payment. (Fees can range from €10 to €100 per rejection).
SamBoat is not responsible for any rejection fees, these fees will be charged to the owner.
