Our brand new 2022 Poseidon Blu Water 170 (17-foot), equipped with a 30hp Yamaha engine, is a center open console pleasure boat with a complete front area/sun deck covered with pillows. The maximum capacity is 8 persons. This boat has a satisfying cruising speed. The charter is bareboat, meaning no driving boat license is required.
Our goal is to provide high-quality services to all of our clients. Our fleet is state-of-the-art, and you can navigate the area safely. We provide you with instructions for safe navigation and suggestions for points of interest in the area. Together, we can organize any event you wish, offering you and your team a unique experience! The boat and the outboard motor were built in 2024 and are suitable for your tour. The boat is licensed for 5 people, capable of carrying 5 adults with your luggage. On site, they suddenly demanded an additional €25 for a supposed "boat license," without a receipt or proof. This information wasn't listed on the website. Without payment, we wouldn't have gotten the boat.
There was no insurance; instead, they told us we were responsible for any damage.
When my wife tried to document a flashing oil lamp, he reacted rudely and made derogatory comments about the "German mentality" of always wanting to insure everything 100%.
The briefing was aggressive, and upon return, the boat was inspected with extreme suspicion, as if they were desperate to find additional costs.
So, in the end, we paid a total of €181, but only received a receipt for €124.50. This gives the impression that the tax authorities may also be disadvantaged.

Die Einweisung war aggressiv und bei der Rückgabe wurde das Boot extrem misstrauisch kontrolliert, als wolle man unbedingt noch zusätzliche Kosten finden.
Am Ende haben wir also insgesamt 181€ bezahlt, erhielten aber lediglich eine Quittung über 124,50€. Das lässt den Eindruck entsthen dass hier möglicherweise auch die Steuerbehörden benachteiligt werden.
