Très bien au niveau de la réservation et de la proposition du bateau recherché. Interlocutrice très réactive et réponse rapide pour chacune des questions avant réservation. Superbe séjour d’une semaine sur le voilier pour visiter les îles éoliennes.
Cependant, beaucoup de problèmes de propreté découverts après avoir quitté la marina : entre autre, cigarettes, rasoirs et papier toilette usés trouvés dans les rangements cabines, vaisselle sale et couverte de poussière noire. De plus, cuisinière dont 2 feux sur 3 ne s’allumaient pas, micro-ondes qui ne fonctionnait pas.
Samboat devrait donc s’assurer que son partenaire sicilien mette à disposition un bateau totalement clean et où tout fonctionne.
