We did not meet Ioannis. Although our Contract was with Anassa sailing, the staff we dealt with at the Base were either from Exploreseas or Aquarius Yachting. This caused us some confusion! We chartered from Lefkada Marina. Our briefing was thorough. This is a modern marina with good facilities. Our yacht, a 2022 Hanse 458 was in good condition, if a little tired in some aspects. The cruising area is excellent, with generally light winds and numerous lovely harbours where we reversed in to a quay. Berthing was inexpensive but sometimes crowded by mid afternoon and required a good anchoring technique. Sign off at the end could have been more timely and thorough. Overall a memorable holiday.
