1.)The Charterer is obliged to navigate only within Croatian territorial waters. The Charterer must be in possession of adequate skipper competency certificate and hereby declares that he possess all the necessary skills. 2.)The Charterer is obliged to refill the fuel tank and return the boat in the same condition he/she accepted it. 3.)During checking-in, the charterer must leave an obligatory deposit (500,00 EUR or 3.700,00 HRK -in cash) as a warranty that he will compensate all possible losses and damages occurred during the renting period.
