Certainly considering that he had known about our arrival for at least 10 days, checking the boat better would have been useful, when we arrived the heating was not working, in addition to the lack of general cleanliness. During check-in the boat had engine problems and would not start. We were unable to leave immediately and were forced to take another boat from another rental. Reimbursed for everything in the end we only lost one day of vacation.
Sicuramente considerando che da almeno 10 giorni sapeva del nostro arrivo, controllare meglio la barca sarebbe stato utile, al nostro arrivo il riscaldamento non funzionava,oltre alla poca pulizia generale. Durante il check-in la barca ha avuto problemi al motore e non partiva. Non siamo riusciti a partire subito e siamo stati costretti a prendere un altra barca da un altro noleggio. Rimborsati di tutto alla fine abbiamo solo perso un giorno di vacanza.
