If weather conditions make navigation unsafe, we will offer to reschedule your trip to a later date (subject to availability). ️ Important: The skipper is the sole decision-maker regarding whether the trip will proceed or be cancelled. Rain alone does not constitute valid grounds for cancellation. ⸻ Refund policy Cancellations are subject to the platform's general terms and conditions: * Cancellations : "Moderate" * SamBoat service fees and commissions are non-refundable. ⸻ Security deposit A security deposit is required to cover any potential damage or loss of equipment (paddleboards, gear, etc.). The deposit is made via a bank pre-authorization by Partenaire professionnel before departure. No amount is charged at the time of booking. The deposit will only be charged in the event of damage or loss occurring during the rental.
