The boat was not completely clean upon receipt.
The handover was carried out by an employee with little experience.
Overall, the boat was fine, but there were many minor details that weren't right (the swimming ladder was bent, the boat hook was stuck together, the interior door handles weren't secure, etc.).
The outboard motor was brought as agreed, but no fuel canister was. This only became apparent during the course of the trip. The outboard motor was therefore not actually usable.
We replaced the boat hook and also bought a canister.
Unfortunately, we were not reimbursed for the costs incurred. This is something that couldn't be done... even though the error was DN Nautica's.
Overall, unfortunately, DN Nautica's performance was not convincing.
Das Schiff war bei Übernahme nicht vollständig gereinigt.
Die Übergabe wurde von einem Mitarbeiter durchgeführt, der wenig Erfahrung hatte.
Insgesamt war das Schiif zwar in Ordnung, aber im Detail waren viele Kleinigkeiten nicht gut (Badeleiter war verzogen, Bootshaken zusammengeklebt, Türgriffe Innen nicht fest, etc)
Es wurde zwar der Außenborder wie vereinbart gebracht, aber kein Kanister zum Betanken. Das viel allerdings erst im Laufe des
Törns auf. Der Außenborder war insoweit eigentlich nicht nutzbar.
Den Bootshaken haben wir erneuert und auch einen Kanister gekauft.
Eine Erstattung der uns entstendenen Kosten fand leider nicht statt. Dies könnte man nicht machen ...., obwohl der Fehler bei DN Nautica war.
Insgesamt leider keine überzeugende Leistung von DN Nautica.
