Ich war bislang der Auffassung, dass sämtliche vertraglichen Angelegenheiten im Zusammenhang mit der Bootsmiete ausschließlich über Ihre Plattform geregelt wurden. Letztlich haben wir jedoch unsere Kaution in Höhe von 300 Euro verloren und mussten darüber hinaus weitere 200 Euro direkt an die Firma GardaRentBoat zahlen.
Vor diesem Hintergrund ist mir nicht klar, welche Rolle SamBoat in diesem Vorgang tatsächlich eingenommen hat bzw. inwiefern Sie als Vermittler unterstützend tätig waren. Leider mussten wir den Eindruck gewinnen, dass in diesem Fall keine wirksame Hilfe Ihrerseits erfolgt ist.
Ich bitte um eine Klärung des Sachverhalts und eine Rückmeldung dazu, wie diese Situation zustande kommen konnte.
