The catamaran was great, and so was the skipper! It's a good thing, because he helped with the organizational issues. Samboat, apart from finding a vessel, doesn't take care of anything, and there's no advice on the route or the boat's placement. We wasted two days sailing because we had no idea where to go between places. They lack customer service and a tailored approach.

Samboat, appart de vous trouvez un vessel ne s'occupe de rien, aucun conseil sur l'itinéraire, ni sur le placement du bateau. Nous avons perdu 2 jours sur la navigation, car nous n'avons aucune idée de localisation entre des endroits. Il manque le suivi client et l'approche sur mesure.
