Once the reservation has been paid for, fees or the owner's cancellation policy may apply.
On the other hand, if the booking is pre-paid, it can always be cancelled via the “Cancel request” button.
Once the booking has been accepted by the owner, you'll have access to the “Request cancellation” button, and will no longer benefit from free cancellation.
