A complete fiasco, the likes of which I've never seen in 40 years! During the booking process, a total of four yachts were offered. Ultimately, this Bavaria, belonging to a third-party provider, was moored about two kilometers from Alimos Marina at a dilapidated jetty without any sanitary facilities. The yacht was filthy: oil in the engine room, a rotten refrigerator and oven, hair in the bathrooms, moldy curtains, and only after a lengthy discussion did a couple come to clean it. Two toilets were broken from the start, and a third broke during the trip. During the trip: Bilge pump and log were broken, screws on the traveler were loose, mooring lines and ropes had breaks, the anchor winch electrics were defective, there was a paltry 50 meters of anchor chain, the log didn't work, the rubbing strake had fallen off, the sails were old, and the dinghy was only for two people. The crew in Rhodes was completely disorganized; there was no one to contact. I had to arrange and pay for the second set of bedding myself. Eine in 40 Jahren noch nie erlebte Pleite! Im Laufe der Buchung wurden insgesamt 4 Yachten angeboten. Letztlich lag diese Bavaria eines Drittanbieters ca. 2 Kilometer vom Yachthafen Alimos entfernt an einem desolaten Steg ohne jegliche Sanitäranlagen. Die Yacht war schmutzig, Öl im Motorraum, vergammelter Kühlschrank und Backofen, Haare in den Bädern, schimmelige Vorhänge, und erst nach langer Diskussion kam ein Paar zum sauber machen. Von Beginn an 2 Toiletten def. und im Laufe des Törns die 3. Während des Törns: Bilgepumpe und Logge def., lose Schrauben am Traveller, Festmacher und Leinen mit Bruchstellen, Ankerwinsch Elektrik defekt, ca. 50 lächerliche Meter Ankerkette, Logge ohne Funktion, Scheuerleiste abgefallen, alte Segel, Dinghy für 2 Personen. Der Creww. in Rhodos war in keinster Weise organisiert, kein Ansprechpartner, die 2. Bettw. selbst organ. und bezahlt. Chris hatte sich weiter nicht für die Crew zuständig gefühlt. Schade!
