Une chose est sûre : je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds chez ce loueur. Réservés pour 18h, nous n’avons embarqué qu’à 18h40, sans explication. 40 minutes plus tard, le moteur nous a lâchés en pleine mer.
En visioconférence, j’ai suivi toutes leurs consignes pour redémarrer le bateau, en vain. Ils ont fini par reconnaître que ce type de panne électrique était courant sur ce modèle. Un dépannage « immédiat » a été promis, mais plus de 90 min se sont écoulées sans intervention, alors que la nuit tombait. Ma compagne, très mal à cause du mal de mer, ne pouvait plus tenir debout.
Nous devons notre retour à un particulier en jet-ski qui nous a ramenés vers le port. L’agence n’est arrivée qu’1h30 après notre premier appel. Leur représentant nous a assuré que location et caution seraient remboursées. Le lendemain, ils ont pourtant prélevé 80 € sur la caution pour un remorquage à peine effectué.
