Si on loue une voiture qui n' a que 2 boulons sur 4 sur une roue, et qu'on perd la roue on nous dit que c'est parce que vous roulez trop vite ! Attention si il y a un moindre petit souci forcement ce sera de notre faute et pas de la leur ! Soyez très vigilant !!

Lorsqu'on vous a dit qu'un coussin avait disparu, vous avez répondu qu'il n'y était pas dès le début ! Un mauvais réflexe ! Vous oubliez surtout d'indiquer à nos futurs clients que vous avez passé une moment très agréable sur ce beau bateau et que vous êtes partie avec le sourire ! C'est quand même le plus important !!! Nous n'avons pas conservé la moindre caution sur toute cette saison, malgré des petites casses sur nos bateaux, car nos techniciens sont sur le port et interviennent dès le retour des navires pour que vous puissiez passer le meilleur moment possible. Soyez donc svp plus "vigilante" sur la nature de vos commentaires, car la perfection n'existe pas chez nous et même chez vous ! A très bientôt j'espère William
