One of my worst charter experiences. Bad atmosphere on the jetty. The management of the charter base in particular was in a bad mood. Poor communication led to misunderstandings. Can you get on the boat now or not yet? The food and drink delivery service doesn't deliver until 5 p.m. The condition of the boat was a bit unkempt.
The diver wasn't there when the boat was returned. Later it was claimed that based on the diver's pictures there had been a bottoming out, which was definitely not the case (and the question was asked whether we had deposit insurance). After evaluating the tracking data it was determined that no bottoming out could be detected and no claim for damages was made. The deposit was paid back in full.
I cannot recommend HDM Sailing.
Eine meiner schlechtesten Chartererfahrungen. Schlechte Stimmung am Steg. Insbesondere die Leitung der Charterbasis war schlecht gelaunt. Mangelhafte Kommunikation führte zu Missverständnissen. Kann man jetzt aufs Boot oder noch nicht. Der Lieferservice der Nahrungsmittel und Getränke liefert erst um 17:00 Uhr an. Zustand des Boots etwas ungepflegt.
Der Taucher war bei Rückgabe des Boots noch nicht da. Später wurde behauptet, dass aufgrund der Bilder des Tauchers eine Grundberührung stattgefunden hätte was definitiv nicht der Fall war (und die Frage ob wir eine Kautionsversicherung hätten). Nach Auswertung der Trackingdaten wurde dann festgestellt dass keine Grundberührung festgestellt werden konnte und von einer Schadensersatzforderung abgesehen. Die Kaution wurde komplett zurückbezahlt.
Ich kann HDM Sailing nicht empfehlen.
