Mooie dag gehad op het water, maar de service viel erg tegen. Bij vertrek was het onduidelijk waar we ons moesten melden en de uitleg verliep chaotisch. Er werd alleen gezegd dat de propeller heel moest blijven, maar er werd niets verteld over gevaarlijke plekken of hoe ver je veilig van de kust kon varen. Ver uit de kust hoorden we plots een harde knal; we waren over een onzichtbare rots gevaren. Bij terugkomst werd onvriendelijk gereageerd en we moesten direct €270 betalen voor een nieuwe propeller, terwijl exact hetzelfde model online €85 kost. Natuurlijk snappen we dat er kosten en montage bij horen, maar dit verschil is erg groot. Daarnaast moesten we €40 voor brandstof betalen, zonder dat er samen getankt of gecontroleerd werd hoeveel we daadwerkelijk verbruikt hadden. Erg jammer, want het varen zelf en de omgeving waren prachtig.
