The staff at the office were lovely, but the check-in process was quite poor. It was rushed, and the guy kept telling us about "honesty." Then the interior was handed over filthy, which we had to clean ourselves. There were also many broken items on the boat that the guy downplayed, such as sagging curtains, a broken seal on the starboard aft cabin light switch, a broken bathroom door handle so it wouldn't close, an empty gas cylinder, a half-full fuel tank, a 51% full water tank, a completely ripped lifebuoy bag, a cockpit table with its leaf torn off, and filthy interior seats—we had to use sheets. I truly won't be using this charter again, as I witnessed a complete lack of professionalism. One particularly egregious example of this unprofessionalism was seeing the staff on the sailboat opposite, where two people were constantly kissing and hugging. It's neither ethical nor professional.

Verdaderamente no volveré a coger este pro ya que vi muy poca profesionalidad y un hecho que me llamó la atención de muy poca profesionalidad es que los trabajadores estaban en el velero de en frente y dos personas estaban continuamente besuqueándose y abrazándose. No es ético ni serio.
