Hello, I am offering you for rental my superb Beneteau Océanis 35.1, available from Saint-Raphaël. Due to the change of genoa (which I ordered), it will not be available before April 2024. It is a 10.5 meter sailboat powered by a 29hp engine. The boat is from March 2018. It can accommodate up to 8 people in total, optimal at 6 but for rental without captain only for 4 passengers maximum. It is the ideal boat for a day trip for pleasure and discovering the surroundings of Saint-Raphaël. You will be 15 minutes from the Ile d'Or (Cap Dramont) with its incredibly turquoise waters. 45 minutes of navigation from the islands of Lérins, Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez, 4 hours from Port Cros and 5 hours from Porquerolles. The cleaning company “Albatros”, specialized in ships, intervenes before each rental to completely clean and disinfect the boat. This Océanis 35.1 is very well equipped for navigation at sea, everything is done to make your daily life easy. It has in particular: a bow thruster to help with your port or mooring maneuvers. A latest generation autopilot and GPS 2 radios (1 fixed in the saloon, the other mobile and waterproof on the deck) A sonar to locate, among other things, dangers around the ship. USB and 220v socket in each room of the boat (only 1 in 220v works at sea) It is a very comfortable and safe boat. It is for rent because this allows me to maintain and improve it. I reinvest approximately between €5,000 and €9,000 in this direction, each year. In 2022: Protection for: - Saloon sofa (in imitation leather) - Complete winter protection cover which protects the cockpit and of course every year: - Engine overhaul, (carried out in February 2022) - Fairing (Carried out on April 21, 2022, anniversary date of the boat) - Revision of the sails In 2021, the work is: - Teak square descent stairs in place of the current PVC, which is slippery. -Teak in the saloon completely resurfaced (like new) -Woodwork even slightly damaged, completely refinished or changed -Manual toilet becomes electric. -Change of engine batteries -Change of home batteries Prices do not include fuel and supplies. C'est le bateau idéal pour une sortie à la journée pour de la plaisance et découvrir les environs de Saint-Raphaël. Vous serez à 15 minutes de l'ile d'or (cap dramont) aux eaux incroyablement turquoise.45 minutes de navigation des îles de Lérins, Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez, 4h de Port Cros et 5h00 de Porquerolles. La société de nettoyage « Albatros » spécialisée dans les navires , intervient avant chaque location afin de nettoyer et désinfecter entièrement le bateau. Cet Océanis 35.1 est très bien équipé pour la navigation en mer, tout est fait pour vous rendre le quotidien facile. Il possède notamment : un propulseur d'étrave pour aider dans vos manœuvres portuaires ou de mouillage. Un pilote automatique et GPS dernière génération 2 radios (1 fixe dans le carré, l’autre mobile et étanche sur le pont) Un sonar pour localiser en autres, les dangers autour du navire. Prise USB et 220v dans chaque pièce du bateau (1 seule en 220v fonctionne en mer) C'est un bateau très confortable et sécurisant. Il est a la location car cela me permet de l'entretenir et de l'améliorer. Je réinvestis environ entre 5000 et 9000 € en ce sens, chaque année. En 2024: - Genois neuf (il sera livré en avril) - Changement de l'enrouleur - Carenage (rendez-vous avec le chantier le 9 avril) - Reprise de l'ensemble du gelcoat de la coque(tout les petits coups) et lustrage - Revision moteur faite En 2023 : - Carénage ( le 2 avril 2023) - Révision moteur - Coussins sur mesure pour le cockpit en simili cuir serge Ferrari - Nouveau Bimini neuf (Février 2023) - Spy asymétrique (en supplément à la location 700 €/semaine) sur emmagasineur cx15, Voile Technifurl 60 m2. En 2022 : Protection pour : - Canapé du carré (en simili cuir) - Bâche complète de protection hivers qui protège le cockpit et bien sûr chaque année: - Révision moteur, (réalisé en février 2022) - Carénage (Réalisé le 21 avril 2022, date anniversaire du bateau) - Révision des voiles En 2021, les travaux sont: -Escaliers descente carré teck en lieu et place du pvc actuel, qui est glissant. -Teck du carré entièrement resurfacé.(comme neuf) -Boiseries même légèrement abimées entièrement reprises ou changées -Wc manuel deviennent électriques. -Changement des batteries moteur -Changement des batteries habitat Les tarifs n'incluent pas le carburant et l'avitaillement.
