Leider haben ich und meine gesamte Crew einige sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht und wir werden nie mehr bei diesem Charterer buchen.
Manager sehr unfreundlich, es herrscht militärischer Ton. Marineros waren oberflächlich bei der Bootsübergabe. Schlauchboot undicht, notdürftig geflickt und lief nach kurzer zeit voll. Umlenkrolle der linken Vorschot riss von der Schiene ab, sie war vorher schon notdürfig mit Holzdübeln fixiert worden. Unser 15- jähriger Enkel im WC eingeschlossen, weil Knauf zum Öffnen des Verriegelungsstiftes fehlt. Mit Zange konnte er sich wieder selbst befreien. Der Hammer: Wir sollten 120 Euro wegen einem abgebrochenen Plastiknippel an einer alten Winsch (Kurbel) zahlen. Die Winsch bekommt man im Internet für 15 €. Der Manager zwang uns schreiend, diese in einem Nautic Shop für 38 € zu besorgen. Für die Nichtnutzbarkeit des Dingis und damit auch die nicht Einsatzfähigkeit des Außenborders, für den wir 100 € bezahlt hatten, wurde wir nicht entschädigt.
