Zunächst einmal haben weder Sie noch die anderen uns darüber informiert, dass für die Anzahlung eine Kreditkarte erforderlich ist! Dass diese Information fehlt, ist inakzeptabel. Das Ergebnis: Wir brauchten drei Stunden, um das Problem zu lösen und schließlich Bargeld abzuheben. Wie kann es sein, dass Sie davon nichts wussten???
Der Wartungszustand des Bootes war sehr schlecht:
Die Klemme der Rollanlage war defekt.
Es gab keinen Ablassschraubenschlüssel für den Dieseltank; wir mussten eine Zange benutzen.
Die Großschotschiene löste sich während der Fahrt; nach mehreren Anrufen wurde uns klar, dass niemand eingreifen würde. Wir haben die Reparatur selbst durchgeführt und das Großsegel kaum benutzt, wenn wir auf Steuerbordbug segelten. Das Großsegel wies starke horizontale Falten auf: Wir meldeten dies, aber es wurde nichts unternommen. Das Einrollen des Großsegels war schwierig. Die Notrakete war abgelaufen (die drei roten Standardlichter) (entspricht nicht der Semi-Offshore-Klasse). Es gab keine nautische Anleitung, wie angekündigt!

tout d'abord ni vous ,ni eux préviennent que pour payer la caution il fut une carte bleu en crédit!!C'est pas admissible de ne pas avoir cette information.Moralité 3h pour résoudre le pb en réussissant de tirer du liquide .comment se fait-il que vous ne soyez pas au courant???

taquet coinceur de l’écoute de l'enrouleur cassé
pas de clés de nable pour ouvrir le réservoir de gaz oil :ouverture a la pince
rail d’écoute de la gv qui s'est décroché en navigation :après plusieurs cou de fil on s’aperçoit que personne n'interviendra ;nous avons fait une réparation nous mème et nous nous sommes peu servi de la gv quand nous étions tribord amure.
GV qui faisait énormément de plis horizontaux:nous avons prévenu mais aucune intervention....difficulté pour renrouler la gv
Fusée de détresse périmée (les 3 feux rouge classique)(non conformité a classe semi hauturier
pas de guide nautique comme annoncé!!!
